What actually keeps a match fair here — stated plainly, not marketing language.
The server is the only authority
A player's device can only ever send a request — "I'd like to play e4" — never a claimed fact. Legality, the clock, the score, and the result are all decided entirely on the server. There is no message a client can send that asserts an outcome.
Every match is independently verifiable
A finished match's real, recorded moves can be replayed from the start and checked against the result that was paid out. This is the same check used internally before any dispute is resolved — it does not depend on trusting a database value.
Money decisions are never fully automated
Timing and behaviour are monitored, but no single automated signal ever restricts an account or holds funds on its own. A statistical finding is always sent to a person to review before any action is taken, and every such action can be appealed to a different reviewer.
Eligibility, stated honestly
Where competitive play involves a stake, participation and any resulting prize are subject to eligibility rules that vary by region. Nizalo is a game of skill — not an investment, and never a guaranteed income.
